Back to Work
I went back to work yesterday after two weeks off. I cleaned my messy office on Sunday and got it ready for work from home
I am loving working from home! I get to make my own schedule, routines.
I am loving my home office too! I have never used it. I have always just used it as storage. I put a space heater in and all my fancy office supplies the kids gave me for Christmas (a beautiful notebook from Andrew, fancy pens, a teacher planner from Abby)
The kids are fighting more and are less productive because they are on their own. But we are all trying
I type up their homeschool schedule and email it to them daily. I just have to trust they do it:)
Today I took off for lunch to the park with the kids. It was great to get a work out in during my lunch break and then wear work out clothes in the afternoon.
I love all the freedom.
Everyone seems to be holding up okay. The kids miss their friends especially Andrew. But we are all chugging along, living this new normal. We try to face time the grandparents daily and check in on them.
